Nipissing Lake Lodge, Ontario Canada

Here are some pics from our week long (July 2- July 9th) fishing trip at Nipissing Lake Lodge in Beautiful Northern Ontario, Canada.

The Walleye bite wad tricky all week, and it seems some had a better knack at enticing these northern beauties into the boat. The Pike action was non-stop, however nobody broke the 30 inch mark. We'll leave that for next time. The smallies were pretty elusive however we ended getting a few nice ones. For the first time we caught a bunch of white bass in the lake, and the "fatty catties" seemed to be back in greaten number. The perch were pretty much all small and guilty of bait thievery. No muskies were caught during this trip, however I ended up catching a huge snapping turtle who was not a very happy camper given the circumstances
